Doesn’t matter what time of day you arrive, there is always a very long line (even for the ATM) and always only one teller. Constantly a doctor’s office experience.

I was told that you authorized a stolen check that belonged to Mary Uwamahoro. Please don’t let anybody deposit/cash out a check that does not belong to them. Because you are enabling scams. Before cashing out a check, make sure that that person has an ID that matches the name on the check, and if they don’t, the owner of the check should be present to give approval. If you have done that my money would have not been stolen. I hope you change your policies, do that with a careful consideration, or someone sues you and win so you can encouraged to do the right thing to protect peoples money as you should.

I was there for like 45 minutes, they didn’t want to help at all. She was just standing there and talking to her coworkers and after waiting for so long , she was the one helping us . So after 1hr and 20 minutes still do nothing, we end up calling the 1800 number.
I rarely leave reviews for banks, but the service at this branch has been incredibly frustrating. A couple of months ago, I was told by a teller that deposit slips were no longer required. However, today when I attempted to make a deposit, I was informed that a deposit slip was necessary. When I explained that I was previously told it wasn’t required, the teller insisted they always need one.
I mentioned that I wasn’t trying to argue, just stating what I was told on my last visit. Later, my teller mentioned that the system had reverted to requiring deposit slips. This would have been understandable, but another teller who was standing nearby continued to insist they always needed a deposit slip.
When I brought this up with the original teller, she confirmed that the policy had indeed changed back. However, the other teller then changed her story and claimed the same. This lack of communication and accountability is not acceptable. If the policy changes, customers should be notified clearly instead of being blamed.
I was just trying to make a deposit, not feel like a suspect being interrogated. The service here needs significant improvement.
This place is the most ridiculous excuse for a bank I have ever seen they have 4 lane drive through with no one working it since 2020. There is only 1 teller on duty at all times and no one else comes out till they are 10 people deep. I once watched a guy count out $50 in 1’s about 25 different times at the teller window. And no one else came out. Expect 20-45 minutes every single time.
