Horrible customer service – person greeting customers was rude, condescending and arrogant – is this a service industry?
Management needs a refresher on customer service & company mission, vision & core values.
Treat all your customers the same, going above and beyond for the ones opening new accounts isn’t the way to do business. Loyalty is with your established customers who when we come in to inquiry about services and get treated very poorly by management.

The service pays attention to the client. That was refreshing that the staff member was willing to help me while I was waiting on line. They figured out what might have been the issue. they are appreciated
They closed the drive thru permanently and don’t open until a later time of 10 AM. The teller is very nice. I’m unhappy with the technicals of BOA. I need a bank that is convenient for me. Other banks still have their drive thrus open and have better hours. Strongly considering switching to another bank.
