5 Reviews on “Bank of America (Lobby Service Only)”
Always to busy and understaffed.
And now they just cut their hours! BofA needs to step it up.
The staff is cool and helpful but corporate is to blame. Perhaps their plan is to close this location.
Despite the other negative reviews, I had a good experience here, the teller was friendly and professional and helped me with a cashier’s check, I had never done one before and he was a great help. Despite being the only teller, he kept the line moving along without making you feel rushed, both the teller and security guard were friendly and helpful, plan to use this as my regular BoA location.
If you value your time, bank somewhere else. Customer service is the last thing in this branch’s mind.
There is a homeless encampment repeatedly popping up by the nightly deposit box. Needs to be removed and kept away.
Wow! I’m calmed down now, I Came to this location to do a wire transfer. I’m a preferred customer here at this bank and you don’t get any of that good care here, not even the business account holders get that because I saw a business person lining up at the business window and the teller told him that there was only one Line. He said back to her, “there is not a business window service?” And she said back to him “No”. He was Disappointed and he left the bank. In my case I did my appointment online and I got there on time but they were running late on appointments so they made me wait longer to get to my appointment. Well Angeles was at the welcome Desk and when I walked in she was with another client. After that client left I get closer and I was standing next to her waiting to be greeted but she wasn’t saying anything. Another teller showed up with the name Laydi and they started to talk to each other about appointments but saying nothing to me. After Laydi left Angeles she asked me about the purpose at the bank and I told her that I had an appointment. then she started to ask me the reason I was there and while I was trying to explain it to her, she was not even letting me tell her my needs the way I wanted to so she was talking to me about the fees for my transactions that I was aware of already. The bank was packed of course on Friday. Anyways, I let her speak and I was trying to make my point to get to my needs but pausing during my conversation because she was interrupting me trying to tell me that she knew what I was looking for but in a bad way not letting me tell her exactly what I wanted. Finally after not letting me say things the way I wanted I was pausing and letting her finish everything every time she was interrupting me, she told me to have a seat and wait for a teller. Brenda was the person who was able to help me and she was very patient and professional on helping me with my needs and she was talking about other things that could be useful to me as a customer. All of this transaction was done in Spanish because that’s my first language and I requested it this way because it’s more easy for me to understand, especially with these type of transactions, but most of the time you don’t get treated right because sometimes it’s just how some people treat others within the same community.
