Closes at 5 , got there at 4:20 and they had the drive through closed already. Had to go inside just to cash a check 40 mins before closing… why close the drive through 40 mins before ur business even closes
I can’t believe they charge non-customers a fee to cash checks, in branch, issued from their own customers! I bank with another company. I specifically went to the issuing bank so I didn’t have to chance a hold on the funds at my bank and to get cash in hand. It’s been years since a I’ve had to do this and expected to get my $1,000 check cashed for $1,000. They charged me $8 to make good on their customer’s payment to me. I’m all about companies making a profit where it makes sense. This is not a check cashing store whose income is reliant on charging fees to cash checks. This is a bank that issues the check that is responsible to make good on the full amount of their customer’s debt when anyone walks in to perform that transaction. Reminds me of the days you used to get charged to speak to a teller at your own bank. They’ll try anything to squeeze every penny, no matter how ridiculous the justification. Just another reason I would never bank at Bank of America. Bank of Rip Off Americans is a more fitting name.

RUDE STAFF, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
I had a horrible experience with the customer service at your bank. It was on Monday, May 6th when we were visiting Austin. The lady assisting me was extremely rude and impatient while I was counting my cash. She insisted I fill out the paperwork immediately upon entering, even though I was there to make a deposit, not a withdrawal. Despite my patience, I filled out the paperwork, but she rushed me to hand over my cash as if it was her last day on the job. I explained that I needed time to finish filling out the paperwork before counting and handing over my cash, but she continued to show a bad attitude and was very rude. After completing the transaction, she threw the receipt at me without saying thanks. Is this how customers are treated when making deposits at your bank? I regret not using the ATM, which would have been faster and more pleasant. Dealing with such a horrible staff member left me frustrated. Is this the type of employee you want representing your bank?
Whoever is managing this bank of America needs to be demoted not fired. They only have two tellers one who switches back and forth between drive thru and inside helping customers. They obviously are over worked and understaffed i know people need jobs. Do better seeing as how y’all have been having these reports for months and nothing has changed. Don’t blame the workers blame the management. Took me 30+ minutes to complete a simple withdrawal
