5 Reviews on “Bank of America (with Drive thru ATM)”
Bank manager is so rude. Very poor interpersonal skills. My business has banked at BOA for over 10 year and I have been considering changing banks. After this recent interaction with him, I will most definitely be going somewhere with better customer service. Pam is amazing tho, promote her and get rid of the other guy.
I just wanted to mention by name the rather rude bank manager, James, who apparently works here for some unknown reason. If I owned a business who dealt with other people’s money, I wouldn’t want a person such as this managing my branch. He was quite rude to my wife, and he was also quite rude to the bank teller right in front of my wife for no good reason. A simple money wire might’ve been too difficult for James to handle with any sort of composure. How someone with such poor interpersonal skills makes manager is beyond me. Most likely, I’m not the only person to complain about James. Hopefully, in due time he will be canned. Happy New Year James!
No more customer service. They got rid of last human operated open window and now only way to perform transactions is by ATM or getting an appointment. Rude manager whose facial expression shows that he has attitude, doesnt want to help and acts like he is my boss.
Really poor and indifferent attitude at this branch. Not just once… every time I have gone in. Not sure if that is how they are trained to deal with people or a morale issue… if you are looking for a welcoming experience, avoid this branch at all costs.
The staff provided poorest service and most rude behavior I’ve experienced in my 80 years. The ONE teller, when told our endorsements of the corporate check for deposit into spouse’s BoA would be made right in front of her … with DLs, IDs whatever she needed, replied: “nope, not able to do that”. She strolled over to manager (James) who then confronted me: “Why not deposit into YOUR account first?” We explained once again the situation and then heard: “You are showing lots of attitude!” More explanation was met by Jame’s outburst: “still lotta attitude here” and he walked away. Before we’d cleared the exits, all staff there was invisible behind closed doors.
