I came in today for some help and EJ was so nice and helpful. I really felt like a valued customer, I could tell he actually cares about Broadway clients. I sometimes feel like I’m not taken seriously at businesses when I ask for help or have a question, but he went above and beyond and was incredibly nice and clearly wanted to make things easy on me. It’s clear that he wants what’s best for all Broadway customers. I hope he feels like a valued team member, because he deserves it!
I’ve banked at Broadway for 50 years. They are a unicorn — a modern bank with a personal feel.
Their people are the secret. They’re knowledgeable, personable and go the extra mile to take care of their customers.
Just leaving this note here so others don’t waste a trip. They can only open bank accounts for US Citizens, if you are an immigrant on work visa with SSN or student visa, they won’t be able to.
I had a good experience the few minutes I was here, EJ was very courteous, offered water and apologized as he couldn’t open an account for me.
