Everyone was extremely knowledgeable about the products and services CCUTX has to offer, and Abigail got me in and out in under 30 minutes! There was an unauthorized transaction on a business account with the Capital Credit Union. After a message exchange on the app, I visited the location at the Domain and received excellent, fast service. As there was fraudulent activity in the business account, it was recommended that account information be changed. Marco.Escalante, business accounts and Abigale Barnes, member experience explained the process, carried it out efficiently and with the least amount of pain for me as possible, and then, I had new account identification and once again, I feel safe with all of my accounts at the credit union. I am grateful to have worked with them. This could’ve been a really horrible experience and yet at the end, I was smiling because of their good service, kindness and competence. I am a long-time customer and will remain with Capital Credit Union.

They refused to honor their own cashiers check….a cashiers check from Capitol Credit Union, they refused to cash it, I made videos as proof. I would highly recommend another credit union.
