I have banked here for a few years now, and the app that they have has NEVER worked. Furthermore, when calling about the app’s failure to work, the line just keeps repeating itself and taking you back to the ‘main menu’. The app doesn’t work to create new profiles or if you forget your password either. It not working makes it impossible to access your bank information over the phone for when it is after hours. Therefore, if it is after hours and you need help, the app is no use and nor is the customer service line over the phone. It is a little ridiculous.
I love coming to this specific branch/location. Ms. Castillo is always so helpful and always so eager to help. She’s also very knowledgeable about what the bank offers and what better suits my needs.

Ms. Saucedo conducted herself in a professional manner to ensure all my questions and needs were met. She was able to promptly ensure that I was being serviced in a timely manner and made the experience quite pleasant. Actions like these is what makes customer continue to visit this branch.
Poor customer service. This is a shared branch to my regular credit union in another state and they are the only ones give me issues. These are issues that stem from Community Harassment. A very sickening phenomenon that happening across the world especially in Texas.
