Great service! This bank has been iffy for me but the manager knew what she was talking about and I was able to close out two of my CDs. The cashier ( can’t remember her name) was very nice and helpful getting the intimation I needed.
I am a small business owner, and the staff always made me feel welcomed & capable of doing things. I spoke to a worker call ja-nae (sorry if I misspelled) but she helped me look through my statement with lots of professionalism over the phone. I been with them a few years now and she is a great addition to that bank.
I did not have the best experience with this branch today. I got more details from IBC online. I had to wait 20 minutes before they even helped and even that they did not help. This was first time for me to experience this. Picture this, two tellers, two other staff at office and desk me and one outside customer at teller. They were nice enough to tell me to sit and wait. Seriously 😒 no one else knows how to do a deposit. And, no one else can take initiative to look into my question further. Very disappointing. Better service online. Really considering switching to Frost based on this disappointing experience.
I just wanted say shelby! Shelby is an absolute asset to your team! My bf was superdifficult as in superDIFFICULT we had a pinched time frame though he did eventually apologize…. i made him.lol.she handled our situation with grace and tact.which usually is not the case nowadays…kudos to you girl! Even going above and beyond … getting approvals as far as Laredo… I’m impressed! Take care of this girl! And….. giving up her lunch break to make sure our transaction was completed .I personally am impressed…. i work in restaurant and I’m super impressed with her customer service…and I called 2 weeks later to thank her personally..( my bad).. ty Shelby! Bank mgr give her a raise!
Im part of a business that deposits here daily. Every single time we come, the staff is never ready. It takes them at least 10 minutes to notice that im at their drive thru. Then it takes them another 30 minutes to veify my deposits. Its hell if i have a change order i swear im in line for at least an hour every time i come. This is a huge inconvenience since i DO have a business to run and i need to be present during peak hours. This bank is so extremely slow i wish this wasnt my bank..
