Google directed me here for an after hours atm. No atm in sight. Door says no atm inside. No atm at this address.
I can’t say enough great things about working with this bank! Karen the Manager has been so great during the struggles of trying to apply for loans during these difficult financial times. I am so tired of feeling like just another number at the bigger banks and so grateful to find a bank that truly cares about their customers! We own 3 businesses and they have won all of our business!
Lone Star Capital Bank acquired BBT and dumped ALL FIVE YEARS of my data. You can’t see check images, deposit slips, or any transactions from before July 12 2020. And their “current statements” stop in Feb and start up again in July but there are no individual transactions on the July statement. WORST EXPERIENCE I’VE EVER HAD BANKING. And they don’t even seem to care that they have not performed any due diligence nor their duty to care for this data. Looking to do a formal complaint next.
My business has banked with BBT since they opened. The service is top notch and the staff is wonderful. I’m extremely satisfied with all they have done for me.
