Great staff they call me by my name and are always very helpful.
I thought the drive-through closed at 6PM? I went at 5:10PM through the drive-through and the lady just kept saying “we’re closed”. I said that the website shows “Drive through: Closes soon • 6 PM”. She still kept saying that they’re closed. If the drive-through is closed at 5PM, please update it.
Levi Ferguson went above and beyond our expectations yesterday. Not only was he able to assist us with a loan payoff, he then offered to draft a bill of sale and provide his notary services without hesitation. Went in there with questions and concerns and all were addressed professionally and without waiting in line forever. The bank was quiet, not busy, and all windows were manned by tellers. I also opened a checking account and everything was taken care of to my satisfaction. Karla and Mathew were outstanding. There was also a silver, short haired man that appeared to be a supervisor who was extremely attentive and very professional. Great experience!
