I spoke to a spanish speaker ( not sure of her name ). All was fine until I was asked to submit extra docs. I submitted them on Friday, during work hours. I didn’t hear back from her. I called on Tuesday to check in and the kind receptionist told me the Rep will give me a call back after she gets off lunch. Waited on her call. I called again just now, and I was told the information I needed by the kind receptionist.
Coming from someone who has worked in customer service for several years, this is unacceptable! It’s a joke that I had to chase down the representative. I also don’t like to comment on people’s personalities but she was extremely bland and unwelcoming.
I have been with Regional for sum time now. And will continue to use them as my loan company. I appreciate everything Ruby & Elizabeth have done for me. They work with you and help you to maintain a flawless account, even if you run a little behind on a payment. The loan processing is very fast and the service you get is awesome. I went in to apply and the whole process was very easy. The staff was amazing and friendly with me. Made me feel as if I was family. I will recommend this location to my friends and family. And I’m sure I will be a returning customer as life throws us unexpected expenses. I want to thank the office for helping me cause this was a new process for me. Thanks ladies !!!!
My most recent experience was very good. I have been looking for help to consolidate some bills and take them off my plate. I appreciate this help and hopefully this is a step forward into better credit for myself.
