Because of interest changes, I was looking to re-fi a new car that I bought just 6 months ago. Working with Tresl, I was able to save a significant amount on my interest rate, reduce my payments and shorten my loan term. I have refinanced auto loans before. The process through Tresl was, definitely, the easiest I have ever encountered. In my opinion, Tresl has put together the perfect combination of simple, online application, personal loan counselor interaction, and electronic paperwork. While I have done many applications online before, this was the cleanest process; and, though I did not need assistance, my interactions with my assigned loan counselor made me feel very comfortable that he could have provided proper assistance if necessary. The total process was quick and the lender was a very reputable credit union with a rate lower than the CU to which I belong.

Kept in constant communication regarding the status of my refinance and was able to help me find a lower rate with me as the sole owner.
