I think they hired a bunch of 3rd graders to “upgrade” their website. It is a huge pain now, very wonky and inefficient. I can’t wait to close my entire UFCU account and move to another bank.
Ian at this branch has been so professional and just genuinely a wonderful guy to work with. Went in for some questions about money market and loans and he not only helped me complete everything but he also followed up a day after to make sure I had everything I needed.

THE WORST FINANCIAL INSTITUTION I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH!!!! To anyone even thinking about putting your money here….DO NOT DO IT!!! This review is actually for the ENTIRE credit union, mainly for the people that I talk to on the phone!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! They put holds on your deposits for days and let you know when you can have YOUR MONEY!! If I can’t talk you out of opening an account with this institution then maybe others who also posted one to two star HONEST reviews will!! Thanks to Alisa and Mitch today to FINALLY make me close out my accounts after all these years!! And no, Alisa, I don’t have to pay off both car loans we have with you all before I can close out my checking accounts!!
This branch with every other UFCU branch I have ever visited has given me excellent and courteous service. I have been with UFCU almost 21 years and can honestly say their service from the drive through, to the tellers, to the loan officers has always been beyond my expectations. I haven’t been with them for as long as I have if they were not doing everything they could to provide that excellent service. Thank you!!
