    A staff looked at me and asked me if my husband was my son😭😭
    I have never been this embarrassed and am still hurt to this moment bc it just added problems in my marriage.
    I worked as a sales representative before in dubai so we are expected to be charty, a trick used to strike a sale and we were told never ever to ask a customer is it ur daughter or son we rather ask is it ur sister or brother and the customer will mention thier relationship. My husband is even older than me to think that I am asked if he is my son is the worst form of torture. Please work on ur customer service we love good customer service not a situation I will hv my self esteem trampled on bc I wanted to creat an account.that was the round rock branch

    If I can rate this location a negative 1 I will. October 2, I scheduled an appt to open up an IRA account. I scheduled with Elizabeth and my appt was on October 2, 2024. I got there at 4:30 I meet with Elizabeth. I informed her that I wanted to open up an IRA with UFC she then informed me that I need to speak with a financial advisor and she will be back. I heard her speak with someone , she came back and told me that I need my funds to go to a LLC, this is where all the IRA’s check goes to and wrote down a mailing address. I resumed to go to my old credit union got the funds in a form like check . I went to UFC on Saturday Oct 5th sat in the lobby 45 min maybe longer Elizabeth was with a member only one person address my presence and told me that she will be with me I. 5 minutes. 45 minutes later I got up asked the rep how much longer she stated well it’s gonna be a while v/c she’s doing a mortgage application. I’ve been sitting there this whole time no communication with me at all. So I go to another branch. They immediately asked he how can they assist me. They immediately took me to the back and listened to what I need (Thanks 51st) at that moment we discovered that Elizabeth gave me all the wrong information and also she never spoke with me about the rate plan she immediately jumped into a Financial Advisor. It was a hassle to get this check correct because of Elizabeth mishap and not listening and rushing me out so quickly. I will not recommend anyone to do any business with this location when it comes to IRA’s oh and let me add Elizebeth kept saying someone will call me to discuss my options I never got that “ Phone call”. This is a horrible way of doing business and I will be more than happy to share my awful experience with UFC at the Mueller location.

    This is a larger branch with plenty of attendants and seating. I’ve never been serviced so quickly at any other location. The manager helped me and was so friendly I almost wanted to apply.

    Worse ever…can’t believe I used to bank here and had a car loan. Today at 1:50pm July 13, I could not even get change for a $20 bill because “I was no longer a customer.” What a failure in people skills oe even thinking of future customers. I will make it my goal to inform all of my students to avoid this chain at ALL costs. Thanks for nothing UFCU!
