3 visits in one month, all for a simple cash deposit, EACH VISIT TOOK OVER 20 MINUTES EACH! Today’s visit had 11 customers in line with 1 teller, 1 manager that did not help a single customer (except to be rude to me and tell me you have been short staffed since September!). I liked this bank much better when I never have to deal with them! Because if you ever have to deal with them, you will realize you never want to do business with them again!

I made an appointment and came in just for my bank statement, check book and notary. The lady) I didn’t know her name) didn’t want to serve me and she told me that I have to pay if I want to get the bank statement, wth?? And when I ask to order a check book she still didn’t want to help. She told me to order it online. And when I ask for a notary she started having an attitude on me and I couldn’t do that too. When I was talking to her my mask kind of lose a bit and she told me to pull it all the way up. I understand that during this pandemic, we all want to be safe and so do I. WTH she already had a shield window right in front of her. Really bad customer service, I’ve been treated like this before at other Wells Fargo bank. I wonder if it because I’m Asian!!!!!

I opened an account on Monday and had $5,000 wired to it (bank wire). I withdrew $1,200 on Tuesday with no issues. On Thursday, I went in to withdraw $2,000 and, for some reason, the teller needed his supervisor’s ok on that. Chris came, did a few things on the computer, and later quickly said “I’m Chris, I’m here to help with this transaction” without even looking at me. They asked me for i.d., and after it was confirmed that I am the holder of this account, asked me to have a seat as they have to clear it with the back office. (What??). I waited for 15 minutes and then walked back up to the counter. The teller was still making calls, the supervisor is gone, but the branch manager was there. I asked the manager what the problem was, why I need to spend 20 minutes to withdraw my own funds from my account, and he said that they are just going by procedure and checking to make sure everything was allright. I explained there’s nothing to check, money was deposited into my account, I am the account holder as they had verified by seeing my i.d. (which they were still holding!), so please give me my money and let me get on with my day. His snarky response was that I’m free to leave if I don’t want to wait!!! Finally the teller informs the manager “nothing on their end.” Nothing on their end?? Like what were they doing, making sure there was no criminal activity or something?

I do not appreciate the treatment that I experienced at all. They wasted 20 minutes of my time, they acted like this was suspicious activity and treated me as if I was guilty until proven innocent, and they were not in the least bit apologetic about it. The teller was nice and did actually apologize, but the supervisor and manager were extremely rude about all of this and really shouldn’t be in a position where they are interacting with clients. I will be closing this account as soon as I withdraw the rest of my funds, as this treatment is totally unacceptable. From an ATM, of course, as I have no intention of ever setting foot inside of a Wells Fargo branch.

    Worst. service. ever.
    Train your managers, Wells Fargo!!

Jared Hall was excellent as our banker; he helped us very swiftly without issue. We’ll be back for more accounts later. Great experience.

Never go here. Called many times and they never pick up. Average time is 30-45 minutes every time I go whether it’s at 10am 2pm or 4pm they take their time and ask dumb questions. Complained to the manager and he just said I’ll deal with it. But he just sat and continued in his office. Ignored. They don’t care about customer satisfaction.
