I’ve purchased many items from this location in the past, but I probably won’t be returning after my experience today. After I completed a purchase for an item and signed the receipt, the worker who checked me out goes over to who I am assuming was a manager to ask him for a code or something (not sure why). He tells her that the price I already paid was wrong, and they were only doing that deal yesterday. He tells me the price was wrong, and they are going to take down all the incorrect pricing for those items. I had already paid and told him that. The item contractually is now mine as the purchase was completed. He said they would refund me and then put it back out for the right price. We argued for a bit and then said I could have the item as he wasn’t going to deal with me. I understand pricing errors can occur and have had other pawnshops refuse to sell an item that is priced wrong, but I have NEVER had a pawn shop refuse to give me an item I already paid for. This should have been brought up prior to purchasing. My caution to others is you may pay for something, and they may refuse to hand over your item you now legally own due to an error on their part.
Usually my goto spot, but recently they’ve been under pricing on pawn items. WZ is better
