Robert took so much time helping me, he was very patient. I had been through 3 Cancer surgeries, & need my hips replaced. Was very happy they have a ramp out front for easy access into store. You will be very happy you went to that store, out of all of them. Thank You Robert

Sold me a stolen laptop that was registered on the server of a tech company. Then they conveniently lost the records of me purchasing it. When I tried to bring it to the manager (Robert) he said he would help me fix the issue, then proceeded to keep my laptop for 3 weeks without fixing the issue at all. Luckily I found the receipt for the laptop and I’m going to be pursuing civil litigation.

Clerk behind the counter was arrogant and unprofessional. Refused to give me service because I was pawning a firearm advising she refused to help customers pawning firearms. She called the manager over to conduct the transaction who was even worse. Found better service at EZ pawn nearby.
