Antonio at Oltorf location is the best he takes care of his customers always has a courteous professional attitude, much different from the other staff. Antonio stands out he appreciates values loyal customers. This store will lose a lot of customers when he leaves. The atmosphere at cash America is changing as a lot of new workers are impatient, lazy, rude or incompetent, give you low-ball or pennies on dollar for gold. Thankyou Antonio for your excellent customer service.

Good place! They have great items. The employee that helped me was very helpful and nice. She also did provide me with power cord to my item I wanted to buy! Definitely would come back.
First of all to all you silly billy birds giving them a 1 star rating go and humble yourself period. Sorry you’re not satisfied ever. Go touch some grass. Anyways I personally love them and have a great experience there. They help out so much and are positive. I go there often and they have the best deals. The price doesn’t even matter if that’s what you really want. People don’t understand that pawn shops are different when it comes to payments. And the layway is just top tear if you wanna complain and talk about them saying other pawnshops have better prices. Then go to your better price don’t go to my amazing pawnshop near my tias and try to put a foot down there. Cuz that’s just a waist of time energy and breathe. I love that store I might even work there one day. Just to go off on an ungrateful human being. I was looking at an Invicta watch. I offered them $65 for it originally when they were selling it for $89. They told me they wouldn’t take less than $71. I did my research and found the Amazon sells that same exact watch model for $89 brand new. I went back and offered them $40 and they said they would not take less than $60. Be careful I think they do not know how to properly price items here and are hoping people come in not prepared with information about products. The final offer was from the owner/manager. I will never return to this store location. I did actually purchase the same watch brand new from Amazon.
