Manager Oscar and his crew will definitely do everything possible to help you and maximize your goals & needs. Sometimes this location gets busy but they will get to you ASAP. Big selection of gold jewelry, tools, tennis shoes, household appliances, music instruments, and electronic games & tablets plus many many more various items! Where else can you get up to six months for a Layaway on a great priced item or 60 days on a new Loan/Pawn!!!
Each & everytime I’ve gone to CA, I’m greeted by staff, the folks are long time employees. Courteous, friendly anxious to make sales happen, I have pawned my jewelry numerous times. Truly appreciate the loans I’ve received, always top dollar, I’ve saved receipts & they honor the same value as before, EVEN if the gold value is down. Oscar is one of the most thoughtful, caring individuals I’ve ever known. He’s been my go to guy at this particular shop.
Victor, Glenn, Isaiah, have been a heck of a team. I can honestly say they are extremely attentive, courteous & always willing to go the extra mile. I thoroughly appreciate each of them.
CA would be out of $ if they’d give bonuses for CUSTOMER SERVICE hands down Cash America on William Cannon & Bluff Springs is the Best CA because of their customer service. They will always be my go to pawn shop.

The females that work at this location are always very very rude and it seems like they are always in a bad mood…the only reason I gave 2 stars is because of some of the guys that are actually helpful and have good customer service
P.S. the woman need to smile and not be so angry all the time and got ripped off not sure what the point of the second receipt is for if they are not going to keep it in a file to help you out on proving payments that u have made in order to not lose your items in loan
I have been going to this pawnshop for years. Every time I walk they are helpful. Oscar has always helped me when I am looking for an item for my better half. He has helped my family without knowing it.
