Customer service is horrible. I came in trying to buy some stuff. Lady was on the phone. You got two people in the back I asked can I get some help? They said they’re busy give us a minute. I’m trying to spend money here customers always come first, and when they’re willing to do work instead of making money, I guess thats why this is one of the worst pawnshops in Travis county DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE ….horrible manager
My favorite pawn shop, hands down, even amongst the greater umbrella of Cash America. I’ve developed a great relationship with the staff over the course of coming here and would recommend this shop to anyone looking for items or needing a loan to get to the next paycheck.
