I’ll never step foot in this pawn shop again, my family and I have done business with Frank over 20+ yrs however there is a guy name Hector that is a new hire he sucks and have poor customer service. I brought in a new TV no dents, dings, scratches ect…mint condition prior to proving my info he looked at the TV and stated it was like new and began to damage my TV and then at his discretion he decided he didn’t want to do the pawn….As long as he’s an employee there I’ll never step foot in that location again. He’s a fukking loser and have lost my service I’ll continue to educate others on how he treats customers. They will hear from my lawyer soon….
Frank is the MAN! I come all the way from Dallas to do business with him at this Action Pawn. Always have great deals and they make the purchase experience an easy one. I had never bought from a pawn shop until these guys!
