First of all, all of the positive comments are bots and/or fake accounts giving 5 stars saying they give the best price in town
Second, these guys are crooks and their instruments are broken.
You can expect whatever you show them to be marked down at least 90% from it’s actual price.
If you have a ring valued at $2000, they will even struggle to offer you $100 for it. Avoid at all costs. Massive scam.

I was just there and the guy was super honest and easy to work with. I handed him a few items including a gold ring which I told him I wasn’t even sure it was real. He told me it was real and paid fairly for it.
They are gold wholesalers, which means they’ll give you what the actual gold or silver is worth by weight, not what Kay Jewelers sold it to you for.
