I’ve been with them for a long time, they’re like family.
Jerry made me feel like a bother both times I called, even though the calls both lasted less than 2min each. I kept a good attitude the whole time regardless and when I said thank you at the end of our call, he just hung up. Didn’t get a friendly vibe at all, I was hesitant to call the second time.. I will never call again if that’s who I get. Not professional, not what I expected
