Your employee Shacora Coleman was the most important, delightful, and uplifting person I have ever spoken to on a business call. I have a life altering anxiety disorder with filling out applications and forms. I felt like an infant when i got divorced she did everything having to do with forms. I can’t even fill ouf a college application without breaking into tears. She was a live saver and i wish i could give her money, a hug, or just the same uplifting experience she afforded me. They deduct unauthorized transactions from account and not even a customer.
This review is about Wells Fargo as a whole. I called in today to have an agent give me the answers to the verification question then ask the question. I am sorry but it doesn’t take a genius to figure out that if you give me the answer prior to the question it is no longer a secure way of identifying. Needless to say I tried to file a complaint about this and I was told by 4 nvidivuals in the corporate office that giving out the answers then asking the question is how they verify. This doesn’t even brush on the rest of the stupidity of the reason I had to call in. However, when you tell me at your corporate level that you will help anyone that calls in to access my account by giving them the answers to the security questions without prior verification I have a serious problem. Your corporate office has confirmed that accounts at your financial institution are not secure in any sense of the word. This is truly pathetic and fyi I can provide full names for those individuals in your corporate office that made these claims.
