How can a city big as Abilene only have one CHASE bank and 2 ATM and the 2 ATM are at there branch? Then the lines be so long. Today I deposit my payroll check at any other bank there’s only a 24 hour waiting period. Chase has me waiting to be able to get my money March 5th Now if I get any insufficient funds I will be calling someone supervisor and filing a report. Come on CHASE open up some more banks in Abilene please.

Was given a fake check in there name an when asked them to persue charges for clear check fraud they refused. I wouldnt accpet any check from chase as they will do nothing when you get ripped off
You should EVERYONE working your drive thru or get a better system. This line is not moving. Last month when I came through it was the same thing and once we got up to the window the employees were all laughing and talking and carrying on and the only person working the drive thru was distracted by someone talking to her. Get it together chase!
