I asked for information about how to send money since they are a western union location and apparently they can only send money if you have the app and you can do it yourself through the app (that’s the explanation I got) which doesn’t make sense to me but that isn’t really their fault since they are working as a third party with WU. While the lady was explaining this to me it felt like my mother was trying to ground me just because I couldn’t understand this weird way of sending money, I have never experienced most horrible customer service I even had to raise my voice to make her understand that I’m not going to take any type of rudeness “how you treat others is how you invite them to treat you”.
The store is always clean also the workers are very nice and helpful. Best dollar general in town.
