If you are a first time home buyer DO NOT USE SWBC. As a 21 year old, I hired SWBC for my FHA loan being told they were best around for this loan. My fiance and I got PRE APPROVED for this loan and found a home we loved and wanted to make out first. After back and forth about inspections and documents, we woke up on the morning of closing to find out that WE CANT get a loan from them due to circumstances that was in SWBC’ system from the very beginning of this process. Now we are down 1200 dollars and all we get from SWBC is an “I’m sorry”. Needless to say I am disappointed, hurt and feel very taken advantage of. Absolutely unacceptable for someone claiming to be the best choice.
