ATM machine “not taking deposits” on a Friday afternoon. So when the bank closes so does the ATM!?! Fix it!
Ms. Smruti Barik was incredibly helpful and considerate me and my husband, she was extremely patient with all our question and concerns. i highly recommend anyone who’s going to book a appointment at this bank to book it with her!!!
This branch just keeps getting worse and worse. No accountability, no real desire to inform and assist clients. Any procedure is painful to do because you only get half-truths and partial information. And despite scheduling an appointment, you are rushed out as soon as you hit the chair.
Worst people to deal with. The relationship manager does not know anything about international travelers. Her name is surti. I waited for 4 days for my appointment and all I got was this unprofessional and unmannered lady. I will never bank with BOF.
You can never reach a real person to talk to at this branch. I’m tired of going on the marigoround everytime I need an answer to my question. I feel sorry for those who don’t have access to a computer!!!
