Don’t come here if you need quick service. They did away with there drive thru teller lines and only have one person working the counter while everyone is on the other side just chatting. Literally waited 45 mins to make a withdraw
I went to this banking center today because the one on Greenville Ave mess up my teenage son account when we were trying to update our contact information after our move from the Midwest
I was greeted by Maggie and a very upbeat associate Nathalie.
Nathalie took care of my issue, update the account properly and change my mind about closing this account.
Nathalie great smile and excellent customer service make my day.
She is definitely a great access to BOA!

Only 1 banker available at this location. 4 -5 days wait time to schedule an appointment.
The teller Kenneth was so polite, quick and friendly! I appreciate that this branch is opened 1 hour earlier than all the others in the area. Great service all the way around!
