My disabled client lost his benefits because of this bank. For the past 17 years, the other bank managers have always done his paperwork and returned it back to me. The bank manager that sits in the first office to the right is very unprofessional. My client lost his benefits because of a lack of care.
So glad this convenient branch exists in the neighborhood! Everyone here is always friendly yet professional and efficient. I wish for times “back in the day” where bankers stayed put in a community and knew your name/family when you went in to do banking BUT I know those days are long gone so it IS still nice to go into a small bank and least receive good quality service.
