Chase bank I remember had great customer experience. However, with digitization I had not visited Chase bank as often recently. I recently paid visit to get a document notarized which would take 5 mins at most. When I walked in, I was reminded that I needed to schedule an appointment and can’t just walk in. Although I was told that the staff was waiting for their next appointment to show up. Since I needed to get the document notarized, I started looking up for places where I can get my document notarized. As I was doing so Ms. Minal Rathi showed up and asked if I had been helped. After explaining my situation, she asked me to wait and within few minutes she returned with a smile and agreed to notarize my document. That is the customer service I remember banking with the Chase Bank for 15+ years. Once again, thank you Ms. Rathi for stepping up and walking extra mile for a customer.
Disclaimer: This is not the branch I normally visit. I was travelling through Texas and had to notarize the document so I visited nearest branch.
Chase Bank is great. Been a customer for years. Stopped in today for some Notary Service and other questions. Avin Ahmed did an amazing job taking care of everything I needed!
Extremely slow service. In the drive thru line for 45 MINUTES!! Every time I need to make a deposit
How many hours do you need to open a checking account? Swung by 1 hour before closing to listen about that they are closing soon.
Lazy lazy lazy. The only people working their tail off here are the folks behind the counter who take care of the customers inside AND at the drive through. When there is a big line does the manager step in and help – nope!
And nobody answers the phone. Thanks for nothing.
What fools decided to put $5 in the ATM? Really? $20’s are already worth nothing. Other banks dispense $50’s but not Chase. They think someone wants a $5. 🤦. Out of touch with their customer base.
