Hello. I really like frost bank that’s the nearest to me and very friendly employees, and clean place outside and inside as well and always take care of me …. At every visit but I wish this location in Allen, Tx on mcDermott was open on Saturday at least for a few hours inside……
Stay away from this location! They have HORRIBLE customer service skills.
STAY AWAY!!! I was refused the opportunity to open an account because I would not disclose my entire life history…who do I bank with, why do I want to open a new account, why do I want to open a new account. I was too “vague” with my responses because I didn’ feel the need to disclose my history from birth untl now!!I have NEVER received the third degree with other reputable banks such as Chase, Wells Fargo, Bank of America and my Credit Union as I did here! Why does it take an hour to open an account? In addition, I forwarded an email with my water bill as proof of residence, but that was not enough. Unbelievable! ! Will happily take my business elsewhere!
Texas size banking with small time attitude .
Very very nice young lady helped us get new debit card and fast…I had a crew with me, and needed to be quick…in and out in 8 minutes..
