I am disappointed that the 7-11’s posted in Princeton, Texas do not have ATMs nor help Navy Federal Credit Union Union.
I’ve banked with NF for many years and now since I’ve live near the Allen location I’ve been twice. The first banker that assisted me was 100% great. But the Teller 40714 rubbed me the wrong way. I asked 3 times what was my daily spending for my card. She was so busy looking through my account being nosey she never answered.
Navy Federal Credit Union got my attention at no fees. I’ve been wanting to become a member since 7yrs ago I’ve missed out on alot I’m seeing the reviews and listening to how they operate I believe this will be rhe best ever.
Stopped in this afternoon for notary service and Kayla promptly greeted us with a friendly smile and eagerly notarized our documents with no waiting. She was professional, helpful, and fast. Every time I visit this location, I’m never disappointed and the service is always 5 star.
This location is horrible I dislike coming into this branch because the customer service is horrible the last two times has been for notary everybody sitting around talking people in the offices not doing nothing and they want you to sit to make it look like they’re busy there is no way I should be there more then 10/15 min now I have to go somewhere else and pay for notary
