    Anna was very friendly and helping me out with getting my account squared away. Evidently there was an issue with starting my account online, but she called up and asked me to come in to sort things out. She was very courteous and helpful despite the online service is not quite getting things right.

    Horrible customer service. I would give a zero start if I could. Opened an account there back in 2017 during the promotion period. One of the requirements for receiving the bonus was to use the debit card within 30 days of account opening. 3 weeks passed and I still havent received my card. I went back to the bank and found out the banker who opened the account for me FORGOT to order the debit card. Needless to say, bonus requirement could not be met and the branch management (Scott) was not willing to work with me for their own mistake. Stay away from this dishonest location.

    I am a branch manager / AVP at another bank. I work in Anna so the Allen branch is the closest one to me. I opened an acct online and when I registered for Zelle they needed me to come in person, which is understandable and actually appreciated. Donnie that works in this branch was FANTASTIC. He was so friendly and professional. I may start using this branch and bank in general solely thanks to Donnie at that the Allen branch. Ty Donnie

    Stay away from Regions Bank. Deceptive practices, and they’ll add charges for anything possible, plus customer service is terrible. Limited hours of operation, too. There are plenty of good and honest business out there. Let this one go back to wherever they came from. Entrust your money to a reputable financial institution. It’s not just me, the lobby was full of customer service nightmares, with added service charges that I had been warned by two other customers of the bank to be wary of. Bank manager Kevin Harvey sat in his office as the understaffed tellers and reps faced the heat all by themselves. I will say that Ana Alcala was very pleasant and helpful to the point that her business’s limitations would allow, but she was handcuffed by ignorant and malignant policy. I still can’t believe this manager sat in his office while the problems mounted up.

    Whether I access my accounts online, via the drive up window, ATM, or go inside the Bank, Regions employees always provide fast excellent customer service while taking care of my needs. Banking with Regions is extremely convenient. I currently have checking and savings accounts and use their online bill pay services. Regions always keeps me informed of other financial services and products they offer also, so I can make important financial decisions.
