Anna is who I’ve worked with over the years and she is awesome! She always has a positive attitude and takes pride in how well she does her job. If she is any indication of Texans Credit Union, it is the fact that they know how to hire quality people.
Good experience overall. Went in with my children instead of going thru the drive thru because one of my children wanted to make a deposit. The staff was friendly as usual. Today was member appreciation day, so a good day to go inside.
I have been with Texans for years, and would not go anywhere else. The staff and services are great, and there is one young lady, Anna who is so wonderful. She is always positive and professional, and goes above and beyond for us. She is an asset to the staff at the Allen branch!!

They really get to know you and treat you like a close friend or family member….especially Miss Anna, she goes above and beyond to assist you with your needs or will find another resource if needed.
