My drive thru experience with AnnaBelle today was great. She was very kind and well-informed. Got threw with my transactions in a timely manner. I always have great experience with anyone I talk to. Robert is great at answering my emails back quickly when I have questions or if I need something printed out.
My wife’s and my debit cards were both comprimised within a year. Neither of us actually used our cards, anywhere other than WesTex branch counter. When we report fraud charges, thy have the audacity to blame us for our cards being comprimised and then want to charge us for $5 each to replace our cards. The rude customer service call center is of no help.
They ask for your social when opening new account at 4:30pm knowing most people leave it at home the lazyest town I’ve ever been in glad y’all milk the clock and not make your company money with new account Lazy bank crew
They seemed very nice to me. I think I may open an account.
