Very slow. Nothing happens in this building at all in a fast pace. The managers walk like they are lost, dazed, and confused. Just once I would like to come in and see someone instead of taking a seat and waiting on a manager.
We have had very bad experiences at other banks in our local town. We banked with the same bank for almost 8 years with no opportunities ever handed to us and always experiencing terrible customer service, along with denial after denial on loans that we were well qualified for. Ever since switching over to Wells Fargo we have had nothing but good experiences. We don’t even mind the drive at all. Today we went in for a personal loan and we were helped by Yessenia. She was very kind and helpful and patient with us. Brought us water, and candy for my son and made us feel comfortable. She went above and beyond and answered every single question we had and got us approved in less than an hour. We are very thankful for her and our bank !
I came because I need one $100 bill for a wedding present. I left my home 15 minutes earlier than usual. They only have one teller on the inside working and for some reason a person at the door telling all the people that walk away at the sight of 18 people waiting in line to go ahead and try the drive through. There was only one teller on the drive through on a Friday morning. I was the only car at the drive through when I pulled up for a withdrawal. No forms in the box so you have to request and wait. Meanwhile four other cars pull up. After 20 minutes I call and ask what is going on and she tells me that the other cars are in front of me! When she finally gets my money to me it’s not even the single $100 bill I asked for it’s five $20 bills! I could have just used the ATM! Automate everything and close every branch already of you don’t want to pay people. At the end I didn’t even get the result that would required speaking to a teller for.

Trolls will be trolls. Someone always has to leave a negative comment. Thats only because their lives must really suck. I have no issues with this bank.
