These 5 stars are for Jackie M. She has gone above and beyond for me with our truck loan since January 2024. She has worked and communicated with me to make sure in the short amount of time I was laid off that we were taken care of. She helped come up with a plan to make sure the truck was still on time accordingly that didn’t break us in this time frame. Thank you Jackie for your wonderful patience and support.
This was the best experience I’ve had with ACFCU. I have been having some issues recently and she helped me resolve them all! I truly appreciate how kind & knowledgeable she was & how quickly my situation was handled.
This place makes banking difficult. I joined this bank in 2007 they where great, as time has evolved and technology has gotten better the service level has diminished. The resolution of banking issues is nonexistent as they would rather shift blame on the members or third-party. If you are looking for a financial institution this is absolutely not a good pick.
Jenny is the BEST. She went out of her way to help me get an important loan, stayed in consistent contact with me all day AND stayed late to help me finalize it. She’s heaven sent
