Went into Ross branch today to open an account and the Manager at Ross was very helpful and friendly, Excellent Service!!
Went in to Ross location today and they were so busy. I waited about 15min but the ladies in the lobby were in top of things. There were a few member upset but they fail to realize that they are doing their best. As soon as someone walked through the door they were greeted and assured they’d be with them shortly. The service here is always great to me and I will always chose to come here.
Working with Petra Juarez at ACFCU was very pleasant. She was very friendly and caring in the fact I explained my situation and she explained my options and what I needed to provide to get my loan request. She went above and beyond to work with my work schedule and get my paperwork complete in a timely manner. We need more people like Petra’s customer service in this world. Thank you for all you do!!
Terrible branch. ATM is ALWAYS down, drive thru takes forever for simple transactions. I don’t even bother going inside anymore because it takes just as long inside. Main and Grand branches are better, even if it means a longer trip. This branch needs restructuring and new managers to keep up with the other branches.
