Tried to deposit a check online but decided not too, so I went to the branch and the reason they gave me for putting it on hold was they could not verify funds when there was CLEARLY a number that said “verification” they just simply refused to call it. Thus is the 2nd time this exact situation has happened. The first time I went to the branch on western, they told me they couldn’t verify so then I went to Ross and they did it with no issues. So now I have a fun 15 day hold on a 5k check, as soon as this is done we’re switching. The app is bad too

I had an awesome experience with Gabriel at ACFCU Home loan Center. He was very knowledgeable through the process of getting approved for a home loan and was helpful from the very beginning to the very end. He was responsive to all of my questions and emails and was responsible with sending me documents when I requested them in a timely manner. He checked up on me frequently and gave me updates during the process. I had a great experience with Gabriel and thank to this I’m glad to saw I was able to close on my first loan. I would definitely recommend ACFCU for anyone looking for a home loan!
