Amarillo National Bank Call center is the worst department anyone could work in. I worked there for about 6 months and get treated like absolute trash bc I didn’t have an expression on my face when I walked in 10 minutes late due to traffic which was at a stand still. I wouldn’t have been that late if I didn’t have to walk an extra 3-5 minutes bc they made our parking spaces further away from our building. But god forbid If I parked on the street which is public parking I would have got written up for parking there when they have no control over who parks there. Another thing is that we have to walk past construction workers who can do God knows what and then walk by homeless people who can also do God knows what. They don’t care about the wellbeing of certain workers bc they truly do have their favorites and you can see that bc they don’t try to hide it. They called me disrespectful not only to them but people I work with who are also late but it just so happened they weren’t late today and got mad when I asked do I need to have an expression on my face. They want me to be a role model but yet can’t even be a role model to their workers. Management is the worst and other departments get mad at you when you don’t know how to do THEIR job. Many people have quit recently due to drama and management. Let’s not forget that MANAGEMENT also tells your business to other people in the call center. (I have people who could vouch for this bc it happened to them). This whole experience really makes me not want to even bank with them anymore and I’ve been banking with them since I graduated highschool in 2021. I’ve met William ware who is really nice and caring for the people who work for the company.. I wish I could say the same about the people who I was managed under. I 100% know that I will be the talk of the day, week, and month for the call center. I could go on for days about the treatment that goes in that department and it’s truly sad bc they are what plays a part in shaping Amarillo national bank into what it is.
Customer service rep named Bee rude and unprofessional over the phone ! Called to pay off loan and seemed to be lost during the whole transaction. Might be time to close this account !! Credit unions so much better nowadays !!
I was glancing at reviews and I am shocked at some of them! I have banked with ANB for over 2 decades and I have never had and incident or a rude teller. I have several accounts for multiple businesses and various credit cards for multiple employees. They run it like clockwork. ANB is the best!
Kathryn Garnica is a joy to work with. She is extremly professional and knowledgable but she is also friendly and kind. I am so thankful for her help ANB has the best people.
The Loan office that consisted of Sarai, Michelle and Sabrina is exactly what customer service should be. These ladies did everything in their power to help me with my loan issues. Consistently picked up the phone, always had an answer or would get one for me, made it simple and easy for me to obtain a loan, and even Michelle stayed after her shift to make sure I had everything I need. I have never received a better customer service. thank you.
