After having a lot of trouble with my previous bank, I switched to ANB. Everyone there was very friendly and professional and it didn’t take long at all. I also secured a small loan with a reasonable interest rate. I would highly recommend this bank.
Stay away from this institution. They don’t care about their customers. There was an issue with my insurance coverage and instead of working with me they were rude and inconsiderate. Do business elsewhere. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!!!
The ATM at this branch took my new ATM card for ANB that I received the day prior. I tried to go to the lobby to see if they could get my card for me. The security guard and another employee were rude and said they had just closed and I would have to go to another branch to get a new card. I told them I was not comfortable with my card possibly being ejected from the ATM and someone having access to my account. They said I had to leave and would not help me. I asked for a manager and was told they didn’t have one. I have family in banking and know a manager is suppose to be there to close out drawers. There were several employees inside sitting there. Talk about “customer service and family oriented banking”. Went to another branch in just enough time and they apologized and agreed they should have got my card for me or at least canceled the old card and issued a new one.
They were very patience and understanding of my situation. They were helpful with my situation. Very wonderful bank.
went inside the branch. Did a name change with corrected DL. Was physically given a debt card with the correct name. But the name on my account was never changed. I live out of town, so it’s hard to get back to Amarillo. Not good customer service at all.
