Called and tried to get a loan and when I didn’t have a referral they basically treated me like an alien.
So I am a coin collector and enjoy coin roll hunting so I went to Happy State Bank (which is my own bank) and the lady up there laughed at me when I asked for a box of pennies then when I asked her for a new box because the one she gave me had all 2017 pennies in it and I explained how it would be useless to me she got an attitude and a different employee had to jump in and get me another box
At this bank they made me feel comfortable with my hobby and the lady Liz was very sweet to me and even knew a thing or two about older coins it was an awesome experience and I’ll definitely come to this bank for my hobby over my own
By far the very best customer service of any branch that I have been to. The folks at the lobby desk bend over backwards to make the experience of banking very pleasant
