Chase bank by a country mile, has the worst customer service in banking. They could care less about taking care of their customers, they only care about themselves until you start to mention changing banks. PATHETIC!!!!! If I could give them minus stars I would. Do not do business with Chase Bank……Horrible Customer Service
Overall the bank is good, but if you ever need anything via telephone…good luck. You have a better chance of hitting the lottery than actually getting somebody on the phone to help you. It’s like they hear it ring and then silence it or walk away.
This is the worst branch of this bank I have ever been in. They repeatedly go out of their way to not provide customer service. I have been ignored and disrespected multiple times. I have been a customer for over ten years and came because they had a good account for Veterans. I will be closing my account and going through the hassle of changing my accounts to another more local bank. This is the only bank I have dealt with in Amarillo and starting over will be my pleasure.
Well, the negative reviews might have to do with the people giving the rating. Not a single time have I had any problem with customer service. They are respectful and positive. Like we tell the kids, what you put in is what your get out. Give friendliness and positive approach and your get it back. This bank and its staff is very good!
