I’ve been a member of ECU for many years and they never cease to impress me. I went in for an auto loan, the second loan I’ve gotten through them, and Wendy was extremely helpful and made the entire process extremely easy and streamlined. The customer experience I get here is far above and beyond the other banks I’ve had accounts at and will continue to be my bank for years to come.
My account got hacked at my old bank of at BVSCU, plus I moved recently so it made since to get a bank here. From the moment I walked in they were so nice! I was assigned to Bri and she was so nice and helped me out. Even when I had issues with the online banking mobile app, she took extra steps to make sure everything was up and running before I left.
Janie Williams and Amy were absolutely fantastic! I went in to receive help for an auto loan. They can definitely help no matter your disposition, bad, poor, good, or excellent credit. They are extremely helpful and genuinely just really nice people. I have never purchased a car this fast. I was in and out within an hour. Looking forward to working with them both on my next vehicle purchase.
Janie William in the loan department is our go to person for all of our financial needs. She is absolutely amazing and has gone above and beyond to get us everything we need setup for our family. Once again she came through for me to get my dream car all the way from Dallas. Education Credit Union is by far the best bank we have ever used and this has alot to do with Janie’s help and amazing services. We highly recommend this bank for all your financial needs poor credit, low credit, good credit or high credit they work with you every way!!
STAY AWAY! Horrible service, horrible app, horrible credit union. Stepped away from them from main way of banking a couple years back because of similar mistakes and im so glad I made the right choice. BUT today I woke up to -$1000 because of THEIR mistake on multiple occasions and now i was told im stuck with that because they said it was my fault for someone else’s actions. Would 100% stay away
