I have been having a bad experience with a teller Destiny. She has a nasty attitude and doesn’t ever look like she is happy to work with customers service. I have been trying to file a complaint on her attitude and it gets no where. Hopefully by posting this, something will be done with her unfriendliness. Very unprofessional.

The people are nice..but one of the girls obviously didn’t know what she was doing. And now I have my account overdrawn and I had to pay overdraft fees on top. When it wasn’t even my fault it was the bank tellers fault but I will be closing the account soon and never banking with them again
I usually have a nice experience here, but today i went in and i have a paper check and always ask for it to be made available immediately, and usually there’s no problem and it’s available within 5-10 minutes, but today i asked for it to be available and i expected to have it within said time, and it wasn’t and i went back up to the bank a little after they were closed and just asked one if the tellars if it was made available for today and she said yes but according to my app amd the atm it wasn’t. So i got lied to straight to my face.
