This is a god awful bank. I’m never able to check my balance at night, the automated phone system is off at night, the number to retrieve my balance is unavailable, the app is unavailable at night. Their machine at the bank to transfer money is constantly down or having issues.
I have asked with them since2005.They have always been helpful they always help me salve any problems I have. I really miss Joe and Issic they treated me like family,and always took care of my problems.
Bad services u can tell the girls that they did not want to work on a Saturday and have me waiting in line while they talk about their personal problems. Not only that she made me feel like she didn’t want to attend to me. Sad because I really wanted to open an account with them.
Joe and the team at this Location are great! Always friendly and get to know you on a first name basis. Anytime I’ve had an issue it’s resolved right away. Keep up the great work guys!
The staff is friendly. The atmosphere is amazing. They really care about me a lot. They take care of my needs. They take care of my money. There’s no way I would bank without them. They’re my go-to bank. Plus, they are open on Sunday’s for 4 hours. No other banks are open on Sunday’s. I would have it no other way. They are stuck with me for life! 🙂
