Judy is the absolute best banker! I have absolutely loved working with her. She’s not only knowledgeable but she has a heart for her customers!
I was a customer for many years until we got into financial trouble. I was over drafted and was paying it off when they closed my account. I finally got what I owed paid and asked if I could have my old account back. The woman was rude to me when she told me that I wasn’t going to have my account back and not to ever come there again. She pretty much 86 me from the bank. So, I won’t ever darken their door again.
One of the worst banks in Amarillo I’ve been too. The app always give me trouble logging in. I’ve gone up and talked to them multiple times about it, and all they can seem to do is give me the run around. They fixed the problem once for me, but 2 months later I had the same issue. I just feel like it’s better to go to a different bank than to deal with there games again.
A couple of years ago I had troubles making ends meet. I had numerous bills clear on fridays and they would always clear my largest bill first which would overdraw me. Then they would clear all of my smaller transactions with an overdraft fee attached. I left this bank as soon as i could.
My husband and I have banked here for the last year and so far I am very impressed!! They are quick to help you and take pride in their community and its customers. I feel my husband and I have made an amazing decision in choosing FBSW as our financial institution!
