I have been a member of this credit union for about 4 years. I have to say my financial stability is stable. Jill at the Floydada branch is one of the best if not the best. She showed me how to manage my money and build my credit. She shared with me benefits I had with Texas PCU I didn’t know. My point is TPCU and the smartest loan officer on their staff is my bank manager. Jill is the best and if she leave I might leave. Thanks TPFCU. And hold on to Victoria too. Thank you both for being a friend and financial advisor. 🥰🥰🥰

I have banked at Texas Plains for about 15 years. I love their staff! They are friendly, helpful and always take care of my needs in a timely manner. One time, I had a bad deal with a dealership and they helped me get into a better situation. I highly recommend them for all your banking needs.

My experience is great I called them to refinance my car loan and they got me a significantly better rate than I was paying. I have the payments automated from my other bank account and I have had no problems.

This is the worst bank to do business with. They have the worst communication skills and do not return calls. They make you feel uncomfortable while waiting in the lobby. No one looks like they even enjoy their job, they do not value you as customer. Walking in there is like walking into a place that has no life. Unbelievable! Don’t bank with them.

This is by far the poorest excuse for a business. Money just disappears from your account and they have any excuse that rectifies that behavior. I know because my son’s dad banks there and I have seen them not once, but twice draw money out. Then all of a sudden want to blame the social security office. NO MA’AM. I WILL BE HELPING HIM LOOK INTO THIS.
